The staff was good, the breakfast we had was delicious! We stayed in the a double room and really enjoyed it. Our hotel was in an easy location in the nature near to Puerto Natales. Moreover, it's really close to the park entrance, the mountains, and hikes.

The room was cozy and had a lovely terrace with city views. the hot tub was a highlight for relaxation, and the well-fitted kitchenette made it feel like a home away from home. As a solo traveler, I felt pampered and comfortable.

I greatly enjoyed Puerto Natales. the hotel was well presented and amazing to come back to after a day of hiking. - the venue was just off the park entrance, near the lake, mountains, and the beautiful nature of Puerto Natales.
